CBSE to display OMR Answer Sheets and Responses in AIEEE

AIEEE 2012 was held on 29th April 2012 (Offline Exam) and 7th May, 12th May, 19th May and 26th May 2012 at 1735 Centres for offline exam and 221 centres for online exam in 88 cities across the country including 3 centres abroad.

In order to bring transparency the Board has also uploaded the scanned images of answer sheets of the candidates and their recorded responses on its website www.cbse.nic.in and www.aieee.nic.in . The candidates who appeared for offline exam are allowed to challenge the recorded responses if these differ from the one they marked on the OMR sheet. The such challenges may please be submitted in person at any of the CBSE Regional Offices in person or may be submitted at AIEEE Unit at Patparganj , Delhi 92 either in person or by Speed Post only on or before 6th June 2012 upto 12 Noon alongwith the prescribed fees of Rs. 500/- per recorded response challenged. If the challenge is accepted by the Board i.e. if the recorded response is not the same as marked by the candidate on OMR sheet, the correction will be done and the fee refunded.

In case, any registered candidate does not submit the challenge by the prescribed date and time, it will be presumed that the recorded response is the same as marked on OMR sheet. As regards Online Examination, candidates can download the papers they received along with options clicked by them. No challenge in this case is available as the option shown is the same as clicked by the candidate.
