CBSE extended the registration date for Science Exhibition, 2014

CBSE Science Exhibition 2014

As per the requests received from schools, CBSE has decided to extend the registration date for the Regional Level CBSE Science Exhibition, 2014. The last date of registration is 28th February, 2014. Schools may register on-line or may send their registration by speed post / normal post or courier. The application should be sent to the Academic Branch in Delhi as per details given below.

How to register:

(i) Every participating school will pay a participation fee of Rs.650/- in the form of a demand draft in favour of Secretary, CBSE payable at New Delhi.

(ii) It may be noted that the total fee to be deposited is INR 650/- irrespective of the number of exhibits per school.

(iii) The request for participation along with the enclosed registration form and fee is to be sent to the following address super scribed ‘Science Exhibition 2014’.

General Guidelines:

(iv) The first stage of exhibition will be held at two/three different venues in every region.

(v) The actual dates for the regional level exhibition will be communicated to every school and details will also be available on CBSE website www.cbseacademic.in by 20th March, 2014.

Schools willing to participate in the science exhibition may refer to circular Acad-77/2013 -dated 9th December, 2013 for further details.

It may be noted that names of all the winners of the National Level Science Exhibition will be sent to NCERT and IRIS for further consideration. Winners may get a chance to participate at JNNSEEC 2014 (Jawaharlal Nehru National Science and Environmental Exhibition for Children 2014) organised by NCERT and may also get a direct entry in the prestigious National fair (2014) organised by Initiative for Research & Innovation in Science (IRIS) subject to their selection for both the exhibitions.
