In continuation of our effort to foster good reading habits among students, the Board had introduced novels in English as EXTENDED READING,for classes IX to XII from the Academic Session 2012-2013 onwards in all CBSE affiliated schools.

All novels prescribed here are unbridged versions of the original books. The unabridged PDF Version of the prescribed novels has been uploaded on the Academic website: www.cbseacademic.in. The schools/students may download these novels.
